I do not believe this to be so. Liberals should already know who to vote for. Repubs will follow their leader Jim Jones aka Trump. The campaign to get other votes must be locally based on local issues, going after one voter or small groups of voters at a time. The 2016 election showed debates and speeches won't get it.
