Hey, it worked. And it was delicious.
Tumeric, Chilli, Cumin and Coriander (Cilantro) is a magical combination and the thing I made is the only thing I will use curry powder for except for Currywurst and that terrible 1970s "curry" that reminds me of being a kid.
