The upside of https://pkarr.org/relays is that while they started as a mean to support browsers, they are actually useful as a fallback to counter extreme conditions, for example udp throttling or flat out filtering out any udp packet that looks like a Bittorrent message.

It is also useful to circumvent censorship for specific queries (like dns level blocking) since an ISP can't read what are you querying for.

you can also use them exclusively just because you want privacy.
