The big problem in the US is that healthcare can become prohibitably expensive. That’s absolutely a large negative, no doubt.

But to people in the middle class, who have insurance, it miles ahead. Service in the US is actually decent, my medical provider appears to give a damn about my health, rather than rushing because the daily line of patients is insane.
