It’s been cold and raining, with a dash of hail in Santa Barbara. We definitely need the rain. The hail is unusual but not unheard of here. It seemed like the perfect day to turn out a loaf of #sourdough pretzel bread. It’s 50% white whole wheat and the rest bread flour. 😋
