How are the vigilantes authorized by local Texas governments' bans on abortion travel supposed to be enforced? Are they going to stalk every car that leaves town? Re-impose their old Jim Crow vagrancy laws and require everybody to show papers demonstrating they have a legal purpose to be on the road? Require on-demand road-side pregnancy tests anytime a random asshole suspects a woman of driving in public?
