In the department of "sometimes you're the technical support, sometimes you're the emotional support," one of my regulars was in for a one on one appointment, where we needed to work around iCloud storage limits and go through uploading processes to YouTube. Much of it was sitting there present while the person repeated the process. This is a person who wants to learn, but often ends up learning an exact process and not being able to modify that process when sometime has to change.
