I still use large swaths of the conventiional web out of a fear of missing something.

Maybe missing something would be ok if it would help my brain.

Abandoning conventional popular news sources, consumer focused site to pure Fediverse and more decentralized sources is extremely attractive.

Some of you have done this already. I admire you for it.
