Where does one find the conviction to keep holding #Bitcoin through the volatility?
May I suggest mathematics and the law of supply and demand?
As Parker Lewis likes to say, "there is too much debt and too few dollars." That is still the case today.
Is there a possibility that the masters of the fiat monetary system let the debt unwind? Sure, there is a possibility. But the implications of that are so awful (Great Depression 2.0) that I don't see it happening.
Most likely we will see some short term pain, possibility even a recession in '25. And then at a certain point, the Fed prints, floods the system with liquidity, lowers interest rates, and BTC goes bananas to the upside.
I am willing to risk the crippling downside of a severe deflationary event because I believe the probability of inflation to be much higher.
Plus, if we have another Great Depression, the banks will lose an entire generation's trust. It will be all over for them. I don't see them being willing to go completely belly up.
So we HODL on. Printer is (likely) coming.
