How do you know what happens after death if you're still alive? 😏
Without knowledge from personal experience we can only state beliefs.
I chose to avoid all forms of belief and disbelief. We hold on to these rather than accepting what we do not know or is unknowable. To do this I embrace uncertainty.
As for what happens after death, hundreds of years of well documented evidence supports reincarnation. This is compelling but obviously not proof. So as with most things the reality is unknown and possibly unknowable.
Even I have had memories that did not come from this life time. Of course those could easily have been imagined visions or hallucinations. The mind is capable of seeing almost anything.
So, of course, I do not know.
