In fiduciary terms it is the largest theft from an Exchange, almost 4 times more than mt.gox.
Bybit is the second exchange by volume after Binance and ahead of coinbase, what has happened I think is a good warning for all the people who have their bitcoins in exchanges or etfs (which coinbase manages mostly).
