It looks to me like the light blue+white building would disrupt any wireless link between the green house and the dark blue workshop.
Any wireless link (whether 2.4GHz, 5GHz, or another frequency) isn't going to have a laser-like pinpoint signal. It's more of a wave, with peaks at the midpoint ("fresnel zone") and troughs at each end.
Foliage - especially wet leaves - and large metal objects will definitely impact the signal.
So, you need more clearance than you'd expect.
