The CIA has been pushing the use of blue light to be used on the population in efforts to manipulate them. The technology can be used to change decision-making processes, change moods, destroy the dopamine tracks in the brain, heighten suggestibility, and even essentially straight out use w/ techniques perfected under a program they called MK Ultra. Google, who we know is a CIA front, and Meta now hold the patents on using blue light technology. In 2013 Obama changed the name of this technology to the Brain Health Initiative, and built the centers for it in parts of the world difficult to access--places in central and South America which are being called Centers Of Excellence. A name designed to give their true purpose even further camouflage.
Remember when Obama forced everyone in the US to switch to LCD digital TV screens? LCD's were better than the former CRT screens at being able to emit the flicker rates desired, giving them a wider range and more precise outcome control. And then there was the push to get rid of incandescent bulbs, remember? Incandescent bulbs contain too much red and green light, which is the natural counter to blue light.
So now that you've been made aware of the problem, what can someone do? Suggestions: use inexpensive blue light filter screens on your devices. Turn down the blue saturation of your TV and devices. Because blue light also damages the eyes, and is one of the major causes of vision deterioration, many modern computers OS's now have 'Night Light' capabilities. Formerly, this was to lower blue light levels at night--when rooms get darker and our eyes dilate further--to protect them from damage. But you can set the settings to make it that way for the whole of the 24-hour cycle. Lastly, there are inexpensive blue light filtering glasses, which people who got tired of eye strain (blue light damage.) (Most have clear lenses, but did you notice the guest in the interview was wearing red tinted glasses?)
