I have an #IT job fair in a week or so at my community college. I am currently in a LAN tech program so I'll just be looking for an entry level position.

Could anyone recommend things to look out for in an employer/company, or any good questions to ask?

Right now my only real preference is that I can get 2nd or 3rd shift since I am in an LDR.
