eNuts ⚡️🌰 (npub1dx5…88sj) you can lookup anyone by npub and send them a payment. I think it DMs them nuts instead of zapping them though.
I made a service called LNURL Zap which gives every Nostr event a lightning address. An anonymous zap is sent when paying it. So if you send a lightning payment to <npub>@lnurlzqp.com, an anonymous zap will be sent to the person who owns that npub.
