Well...it was an easy day today with just the three rides and a little cleaning so I got bored this afternoon and thought I'd try to make a rustic bread in my 2 quart casserole dish...forgot to grease the cover before I put it on so it tore a little of the top off when I removed it...it came out really good after proofing it in the toaster oven for a couple of hours...no kneading or anything and it still came out pretty light...I'll make this one again...this time it was bread flour..
