Is the vision for nostr relays to never host files themselves, but only text? In theory, you could just base64 encode videos/photos as messages and clients could interpret them themselves as data URLs, but others have said relays would explode if we did that. Was just wondering if it was possible to do this with relays or if we just have to accept centralization for files for now
