There’s this notion that a business’s management owes ultimate loyalty to shareholders. Interestingly not customers. But a #business that has shareholders and no #customers will not last (or return value to shareholders). But a business with customers can do just fine without #shareholders. It’s like #capitalism requires this strange inverted loyalty scheme that harms a business, not helps.
