giving tailscale a go after eavesdropping on colincz (nprofile…agas) and SUPERMAX (nprofile…asr4) convo!

I want to share folders so need Taildrive... the instructions say 'enable' Taildrive in the nodeAttrs section of policy file. Then there are example bits of code to use. I do not have a nodeAttrs section - would I just paste code at the bottom of the policy file? Do I need to add a comma at the end of this chunk?
