The advent of the internet, where everyone has the ability to be anonymously heard, has created a false equivalency of individual validity. This has directly undermined the process of democracy by holding a megaphone to the ignorant and uninformed and creating a situation where a negative feedback loop of diminishing knowledge has been enabled by social pressure alone. The only cure is an absence of government, where the levers of control are removed from society and natural order is allowed to resume. This must be built carefully because unbridled chaos is a very real threat with such a major paradigm shift. Ordered anarchy takes a lot of of responsible adults to get right.
