In case it wasn’t obvious before: the problem isn’t so much that Biden supports what Netanyahu is doing. The problem is Netanyahu and his far-right coalition don’t want to stop it, and will keep at it no matter how costly it is.
Should we keep giving them weapons? No. Do I think it would even slow them down that much if we stopped? Also no, honestly.
