Today's level of depression and anxiety is the kind that usually makes me run to the beer store 😏 I can't do it, I have to just power through it, take a nap and try to look for ways to better my situation. Pretty hard to focus though with racing thoughts that lead to mental fog and exhaustion. Hard being in this place because the program is trying to pull me in one direction and I'm trying to break away and go in another. I start going nuts if I feel like I'm spinning my tires and that's all this place is
