A wedge pillow? Interesting... I also got some neck issues (stress...) and sometimes have to throw out the pillow because of that (which my shoulder than usual doesn't like), maybe that's a thing to try.

And I already was a medical mystery with that chronic vertigo of mine I've had for more than half my life now that doesn't have any medical explanation, I could have done without a second mystery 😅
