What makes a good DIY video?

-White guy
-talks clear and concise
-gets to the point
-doesn't load the video with filler or annoying memes
-doesn't try to be funny
-focuses strictly on the topic
-doesn't try to sell you products that clearly they are being paid to showcase

Why this is a difficult concept for YouTube content creators is beyond me.
