"content": "The inventor of tiramisu, Roberto \"Loli\" Linguanotto, has died at age 81. Linguanotto, a pastry chef, is said to have created the dish in the early 1970s and originally called it \"tirame sù\" (\"pick-me-up\"). The recipe, which is now the favorite dessert of eight out of 10 Italians, did not appear in print until 1983.
