I am wrapping my head around making a more or less generic ticket system where tickets are bound to geo location, much like the OSM Notes system, but independent so everybody may have his/her individual ticketing system.

I was thinking about a middleware to use gitlab or github issues for it, middleware doing the bbox query to display the tickets on a map, and creating tickets on request etc.

I am shurely not the first to think about this?!?
