Mastodon and Bluesky has two completely different ways, technically, to moderate, but both work very well and are far more thorough than what Xitter or Facebook had.
That said... if you decide to try Bluesky out, there is one mantra we desperately try to uphold there: Never engage, just block, or better yet subscribe to some blocklists and never see the accounts in the first place.
