Now that no vote will take today, it is unlikely there will be another attempt in the next week. This means that next presidency (Hungarian) will take care of this mess.
It also means that before the next vote, elections in France will happen (30th June/7th July), which will likely influence France's position, possibly pushing France back from ~pro to ~against chatcontrol, or might push it further down the pro side if the right-wing RN wins. We'll see.
