Astronauts and NASA don't talk about medical problems much. Back when shuttle was retiring I did a story on the thinking of the astronaut corps and someone gave me a NASA report on astronaut injuries & medical issues...was surprised to see dislocated shoulders, a new eye problem that many had reported that might be permanent in some, a bunch of other issues.
