An #Ukraine citizen detained in #Poland in January 2024 as suspect in Wrocław paint factory arson admitted to working on orders from #Russia intelligence. The paint factory is a high risk object due to large amounts of flammable solvents stored on site, plus there’s a biofuel depot just next to it, so the fire would be catastrophic. The suspect was detained before he carried out his plan, his motivation was entirely financial.
