Why is the DHCP IP range on my Android phone wi-fi access point not configurable? I know that for most people an automatic random IP range is what they want but, for some, being able to set it would greatly improve our life. Please, please, please, give us the freedom to configure our phone as we wish, even if behind an "Advanced configuration..." button.
