But the tl;dr is that VGAPride (my DOS program for showing pride flags) has a very complicated Brazil flag, which was annoying to implement, but it's also wrong. It turns out it's wrong because wikipedia is wrong. And wikipedia has the wrong copyright on the wrong flag.
