Is the end result of this that modern government will only continue in statehouses where the Supreme Court has no jurisdiction? Or will they start legislating from the bench for all the 50 states?
Anyhow, the only point of optimism is the law of unintended consequences. The administrative state's chores will be picked up by the states and red states, which were lawless anyhow will continue to be so.
