Off to scout a new area for next week's firearm season opener. Scouting is one of my favorite activities -- figuring out an area, all full of possibilities till I put boots on ground and see what is real.
The weather is going to get pretty cold on opening day, so I'm hopeful for some activity!
Tomorrow, I'm doing my last day of archery rut hunt. So we'll see! Six weeks into the season, it's been fun!
