He suggests that moderation is best solved by algorithmic choice - _“There’s a default “G-rated” algorithm, and then there’s everything else one can imagine.”_
That feels similar to what I was suggesting, but more advanced. I do believe something along those lines would give Damus a high chance for approval, whilst maintaining users’ ability to view anything they wish.
I guess the technical solution/implementation might sit between your client and the dumb protocol?
