In the midst of all this horror, I have a technical question — while this decision may apply to the president, does it apply to those who carry out any illegal actions he orders? In others words, if he orders a political opponent to be be sent to Gitmo, do those who do the arrest and imprisonment have any immunity for *their* actions? Or could *they* be prosecuted?
