I started a batch of cajeta (goat milk caramel sauce), but it's impossible to take a photo of without my phone fogging up.
I also started a batch of test sourdough, using kefir as a starter instead of sourdough starter (because I don't have any going right now). Cheesemaker David Asher said you can do this in a webinar he gave yesterday, so time to try it!
