People cannot grasp the consequences of their actions on someone with anxiety. Appointments give me sleepless nights and worried days... but today I was preparing myself for a medication review that the surgery said was essential (for their records?) and promised to phone me between 9 and 12 today.
Well, no phone call. I am so annoyed.
This would be like the Police phoning a normal family promising to call back with the details, and leaving you to stew.
