I've been hearing this more lately. Hard to verify and certainly hard to diagnose what the problem could be without being on the inside.
CashApp (npub1cas…dg5l) implementation of the #bitcoin Lightning Network is currently unusable with a clear worsening of performance over the last several months.
It was more functional at launch than it is today.
It is easier and quicker to use the main chain if w/d from cash app.
The community looks to the app and the company as a representation for what the future could potentially look like when bitcoin is used for payments.
Do better.
I’m only calling this out because I care. It’s truly out of love.
