I think hosting some form of code/docs on nostr will be an accelerator for that - especially as standards change.
Different from doing git stuff, but more like having the most up-to-date, and quick access to source + usage examples to synthesize ideas & new code from.

Storing code/docs as events not only makes full projects portable, but you could also find usage examples from other projects that are working with that project.
