just had my post workout "meal" - cereal with milk
except instead of milk i used Dymatize Whey protein ( 2 scoops ) and the cereal was Fiber One
so basically it was straight protein with straight fiber
yes i know fiber is not essential but it makes the whey protein shake feel like a meal rather than a shake
i once lost 60 lbs on a similar diet ... of course shit eaters like KenDBerryMD (npub1kyk…ea0g) will probably say you can't lose weight on a low-fat diet ... only problem is that 99% of all pro bodybuilders get in contest shape on a low-fat diet
but don't let facts get in the way of feeling clever about belonging to a diet cult
