Create whatever labels you want, but there is no such thing as "bivalve veganism". Anyone who has shucked an oyster is well familiar with their reponse to close their shell. Not everyone will want to be vegan, but just be honest about it. This is just someone's attempt at their 10 minutes of fame, and really pretty offensive.
