Notification service is still functioning, so I can actually "read" tweets that are replies to me, through the Notifications tab.

And then if I click the tweet they are replying to, it loads my tweet through the case, bypassing the rate limit so I can read it. But then if I were to navigate to that tweet separately, I cannot read it.
