The one thing that strikes me is how all the recent trans medicine cases are coming together to make law upholding the Constitutional right to treatment under the 14th Amendment. It's a little bit in each jurisdiction, but it's making a new protective case law. All the recent cases are cited and sound alike because of this, despite varied specific facts.
