Good Morning #Canada
Some say the Aztecs and Incas invented #PeanutButter but they didn't file a patent. But In 1884, Marcellus Gilmore Edson, a Canadian, patented peanut paste, the finished product from milling roasted peanuts between two heated surfaces. In 1895, Dr. John Harvey Kellogg (yep, the cereal guy) patented a process for creating peanut butter from raw peanuts and somehow stole the glory. Thankfully, we can't be blamed for Nutella.
