I have multiple Google accounts, including a couple of free GMail accounts and a couple where I pay for Workspace.
Upper right corner of GMail tab on your laptop, look for the icon representing the account. For me, if I click that, there is a drop-down list of all my signed-in accounts. To see a different one, click it and it opens in a new browser tab.
