it seems partly caused by how differently the lightning wallets all work with channels and the variables possible for invoices, and how some wallets confuse others with their urls. I’m no expert on this, but I think it’s still evolving, and eventually for it to work across all situations in a predictable way like on-chain transactions, some conformity or more standards are needed
