There is this virus going around the UK. Really bad. I’ve caught it and it affects breathing, causes a lot of pain on the ribs, throat, and chest excluding all the flu type systems. Be careful all. I’m still recovering… 4/5 days have already passed.. never normally have any meds.. first time in ages having hardcore meds.. reluctantly… I don’t even know if the meds are helping. I’m a believer of using natural remedies and my body healing myself through time… not by popping steroid pills to boost recovery.
