Yup that's possible, and you can do that now actually, as long as your list is public.
1. Go to your list page and copy the list number in the URL
2. Go to
https://rsslay.nostr.moe and in the "Create a profile for a RSS feed" field, put the following:
https://nitter.moomoo.me/i/lists/*your list ID goes here*/rss
3. It'll then generate a nostr profile of the rss feed of your list!
