GM folks, TIL that Windows on Arm runners for GitHub Actions are only available on the Teams and Enterprise plans. Does anyone know a way to set up a cheap (or preferably free) Windows on Arm64 runner for an open-source project? Reason: lmdb-go crosscompilation isn't happening any time soon.
